Workplace Investigations

Gibb Group provides comprehensive third-party workplace investigations by a Certified Workplace Investigator. Investigations include initial consultations, communication with all parties, in-depth interviews, analysis against organizational policies and relevant legislation, and a formal written Report of Findings. Investigations can be completed virtually or on-site and are completely confidential.

Gibb Group can also provide advisory services with respect to how investigations are handled internally to ensure that organizations meet the requirements of relevant legislation.

Gibb Group provides a variety of management consulting services including post-investigation communication or performance management; counsel on managing toxic employees and environments; and, management coaching for all levels for people managers. 

Gibb Group provides professional advocate support for both complainants and respondents. Separate to a workplace investigation, the Gibb Group consultant would assist the individual to guide and support them through the investigation process. This may include attendance at investigation interviews or managing expectations throughout the process.
