​Lynn McKibbin-Brown, CHRP, CHRL, FCMC

 Lynn founded Brown Consulting Group Inc. in 1999 as a boutique HR practice offering consulting, advisory and training to clients. In 2023, Lynn launched Gibb Group Inc. with its primary focus being workplace investigations and management consulting.
 

Lynn received her Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation from the Canadian Association of Management Consultants in 2011 and was elected as a Fellow Certified Management Consultant (FCMC) in 2023 in recognition of distinguished service to the profession. She is also a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and a member of the Human Resources Professional Association. Lynn is a graduate of the University of Toronto with her Bachelor of Arts majoring in Employment Relations. She is also a Certified Workplace Investigator, a McQuaig System Certified Interpreter and sits on the Regulatory Committee of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Ontario. She is also their past Registrar. Lynn is frequently cited in national media, including the Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, Profit Magazine and other business and human resources publications. 

Within her past consulting experience, she has worked with smaller entrepreneurial companies to large multi-nationals. Her industry focus includes not-for-profit, financial services, professional services, insurance, engineering, architecture and design, manufacturing, media and entertainment, restaurant/ food service, construction, transportation and high-tech. 

Prior to her consulting career, Lynn spent 20+ years in corporate human resources with a particular focus on professional services. In her last two roles, Lynn held senior leadership positions and led HR teams for both Deloitte and McMillan LLP.
